We collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, and authentication details. We also collect usage data and content you submit in the app, including organization setup, attendance, notes, and related ministry records.
Payments and Billing
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect billing information according to its own privacy policy.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain HRVST, process account access, support organizations, improve product performance, and communicate important service updates.
Sharing of Information
We share information with service providers who help run HRVST, including hosting, authentication, and payment processors. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data Retention and Security
We retain data as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting us. Organization administrators may also manage team member data in the app.
