Service Description
HRVST provides software tools for ministry and team operations, including planning, attendance, communications, and related workflow management.
Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Billing and Payments
Certain features may require payment. Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe terms and policies. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse HRVST, disrupt service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in violation of law.
Content
You retain responsibility for data and content submitted to HRVST. You grant us a limited right to host and process content solely to provide and improve the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the security and integrity of HRVST.
Disclaimer and Liability
HRVST is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
